Fully furnished 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in a newer neighborhood located in a great location in Sandy Utah. Close to many venues, shopping centers, parks, hospitals and has easy access to the freeway. Within walking distance to a Trax Station that can transport. The house includes multiple TVs, high speed internet, a washer and dryer, and fully fenced back yard...perfect for children and pets. One of the 5 bedrooms is set aside as an office with a desk, chair and bookshelf. There is also a crib on site for a traveling family with very young children. The backyard is fully fenced in with one gate that can be locked. There is a backyard patio, with a grill, with a table and chairs. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the freeway, restaurants, shopping, movie theaters and skiing. Less than 25 minutes to downtown SLC, the airport and ski resorts. Perfect for family that is traveling for professional reasons or even a family that is needing relocation for a job change, or those in the process of building or renovating. Summary: The location of this house is convenient to town and it is easy to get to the ski resorts. The house is perfect for several friends. There is plenty of room in the kitchen to cook and the dining area is good for sit down breakfasts and dinners. It was nice to have a half bathroom on the main floor.
